We rent out Log Home Retreat for a minimum of two night weekend (three night holiday weekend) stays only. Pricing is effective for rentals starting after January 1, 2010.

Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is not included in the rate on rentals of a week or less. A $120 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental - $140 if the master bedroom is used.

The security deposit is 40-50% of the total rental amount for first time renters and is required to reserve the rental. The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Termination will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Termination received within 15-30 days of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded. Termination within fifteen days will forfeit the deposit unless we can rebook the house.

Check in/out times for a typical weekend is Friday afternoon arrival, to a Sunday early evening departure. We try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule.

Holiday rates cover Presidents Day, Veterans Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Columbus weekend have a three night minimum. To motivate us to give up our home for the big holidays, and because it is so highly requested, Thanksgiving, Christmas have a premium of 10% added to the rental fee.
