The deck is spacious, the propane grill, deck furniture and umbrellas make for great spring through fall al fresco relaxing and entertaining. The hottub is available year round - all we ask is you help keep it free from snow during your stay in the winter months.

The owner is a member of the private property association, so as his guests you are allowed to use the private lake and grounds. The lake is only for non-mechanized boats, and if you bring a kayak or canoe, please make sure the bottom has been properly cleaned to avoid brining any organisms from other waters to the lake. There are basketball courts, tennis courts and picnic tables for your use and it is only a five minute walk from the house.

The house sits on five acres with only four other homes on the road. You have complete privacy, but can occassionally hear the neighbors dog bark. We recommend listening for the peeping frogs on warm evenings or the distant howl of a coyote or hoot of an owl though. This part of the county is known for great star watching so turn the house lights off and relax on the deck lounges and wait for a shooting star to fly overhead!
