There is a private guest bedroom with king bed and a full bath on the main floor. Downstairs is a full suite for four. There is a king and a queen bed which you can separate with privacy curtains. It has it's own fireplace and couch, a full bath, and you can walk out under the upper deck.

The master bedroom can be opened for larger group with an additional fee. It has a king sized bed and full bath and is lofted above the great room.

The king beds all have feather comforters and pillows so if you have allergies there is the queen and the sleeper sofa. The house sleeps eight in beds, two more with the study sofa.
